both of these are nervous system events, not character flaws. both have names. both have reasons. and both have botanical answers that have existed for thousands of years — before they had clinical trials, before they had tiktok, before the west discovered them and called them superfoods.
pause and play is about the switch between the two states. and about trying a little easier to move it.
